I worked full-time for Hero Arts for 10 years as their CTO and as well as an Artist, Designer and Photographer. My work has been in major retailers worldwide including Target, Michaels, JoAnn Fabrics, Paper Source, Home Depot and World Market. I love seeing my work out in the wild!
Here are a few of my all-time favorite products. First, a maple leaf stamp:
I drew this maple leaf while on vacation in Quebec — because, maple! It was a such a peaceful rainy day and too wet to go hiking, so I sketched away.
A few months later it became a stamp. There’s nothing quite like seeing my name on a product.
Here it is stamped with another product that I developed, Hero Arts neon pink ink:
Walking into a store and seeing something that I’ve made gets me every time. Here’s the maple leaf at a little shop in Berkeley, CA — I was so surprised to see it there.
